Implemented a New Creator Invitation Flow
The new invitation flow is a more intuitive way for users to invite one or many creators to one or many briefs at once. A custom note can be appended to the standardized email if the user chooses to add one.
Implemented a Rating System for Creators
Client users are now prompted to leave a rating and review for a creator when their brief is completed. The review can be left anonymously if the user chooses to hide her name. These reviews will later be displayed publicly on the creators' profiles.
Added Filtering for Likes/Dislikes on Content
Users can now filter by exactly who has liked or disliked assets on their briefs. For example, a user may want to see which assets their brand manager has liked.
Redesigned the Settings Page
The settings page received a fresh look and more intuitive workflow.
Users can now create "blockers" for their organizations, which can be used by either the organization's team members or the assigned creators to indicate an issue with a brief. There are also certain "system blockers" that exist for all organizations to use.
Set Up a "Create-Brief" API
Users can now create a new brief in Snapwire without logging in. Briefs can be created by external form or webpage that hooks up to our API. This is especially useful for marketplaces who need to facilitate photo or video shoots between one side of their marketplace and Snapwire creators.
Examples of when this comes in handy:
- A home rental company needs to enable its hosts to schedule photoshoots of their properties
- A food delivery company needs to enable its restaurant partners to schedule photoshoots of their menu items
Created Download Links for Brief Content
In similar use cases as listed above with the "Create-Brief" API, sometimes users need to be able to download their content without becoming a member of the organization on Snapwire. We now enable users to send download links externally for content delivery.
Exposed Likes and Dislikes from Specific Users
Now, on a brief, users can see which team members have liked (thumbs-up) or disliked (thumbs-down) assets by hovering over the icons.
