Implemented Automated Brief Creation via Forms Outside of Snapwire Using API Integrations
For brands and businesses that work with many different stakeholders and contacts to intake logistical information or creative requests, Snapwire can now create custom forms for these users to share using a simple link.
Filling out a Snapwire form outside of the platform will automatically create a brief inside the platform, so that the user can manage the intake of this information and skip the steps of creating and inputting information into briefs.
Implemented Streamlined Scheduling Options
Snapwire now provides the option for outside parties or on-site contacts to select their available time options for a brief, so that the Creator can choose one that works best. This avoids back-and-forth communication when comparing schedules and coordinating a time.
Implemented Brief Page Redesign & New Stages (October 5, 2020)
Briefs on Snapwire have a newly refreshed and easy-to use design that takes users through a logical brief journey using brief stages: Create, Plan, Find, Produce, and Review. Users will be able to invite as many team members as desired as Stakeholders on the brief to facilitate collaboration and efficient production coordination.
Added Creative Specifications Options (October 5, 2020)
Snapwire has implemented new solutions for repurposing existing creative specification documents in order to save time filling out forms. Users now have three options for specifying creative details: start from scratch by filling out Snapwire's easy-to-use form, re-use or edit a previously used creative spec form, or upload an existing pdf from the user's computer.
The review and approval process between Snapwire and its brand clients has been removed. Clients can finalize a creative specification form without sending to Snapwire for review.
Users will now be able to return to edit the creative specifications after the initial brief launch.
Added Model Approval Functionality (October 5, 2020)
Snapwire has implemented a model review and approval system where Snapwire's brand clients can indicate approval or rejection of model options that creators on the brief submit if the brief requires models. Additionally, users can now download finished model release documents straight from the brief.
Extended Visibility of Creators on Briefs (October 5, 2020)
Snapwire has added the ability to see which creators have been invited, applied, or been assigned to a brief. Snapwire's brand clients will now be able to make the final selection for creators who have expressed interest and availability. Users can also see a preview of creators' work
Extended Messaging Capabilities to Include Messaging with More Users (October 5, 2020)
Users can chat with anyone in their organization and any Snapwire team members on the brief.
